General Terms and Conditions Purpose Workshop
Registration
Registration is electronic. Registrations are considered in the order in which they arrive and are binding. The written confirmation is given together with the invoice. After receipt of payment, the invitation will be sent with the workshop program and the hotel documents.
Participant cancellation
Cancellations result in a one-time processing fee of CHF 200 in any case. If you cancel 6 to 10 weeks before the workshop, 50% of the invoiced costs are due. If you cancel less than 42 (6 weeks) days before the workshop, the entire amount is due.
Any cancellation costs for accommodation and meals will be charged in full to the participants.
Cancellation of workshops through organizer
BALM GmbH reserves the right to cancel under-booked workshops up to 3 weeks before the date. The definitive conducting of the workshop will be confirmed no later than 3 weeks before the start.
Investment and payment terms
The price includes the services listed in the website listings. The invoice is due within the specified payment period, at the latest 7 days before the start of the workshop.
Accompaniment and liability
BALM GmbH guarantees professional support from long-term, well-trained coaches, yoga teachers and massage therapists.
The support-team is obliged to carefully carry out all agreed services to the best of their knowledge and belief.
There is no guarantee of success in providing the service in coaching or workshops. Liability is excluded. In the workshops, the support-team takes responsibility for the process, the participants take responsibility for their own actions and are responsible for themselves. The process support-team works with the consent of the participants. The workshop is neither therapy nor a substitute for therapy. The participants acknowledge that they are fully responsible for their physical and mental health and that they are responsible for any damages they may cause. By registering, the participants confirm that they will indemnify the provider from all liability claims.
Certificate
Participants receive a certificate for participation.
Obligations of the participants / confidentiality
All participants commit themselves to discretion and to maintain confidentiality about all professional, operational and private matters that became known during the workshop, even after the workshop has ended.
Insurance
Accident and cancellation insurance is the responsibility of the participants.
Changes to the regulations
BALM GmbH is entitled, in the event of changes in framework conditions (e.g. by professional associations), in the event of short-term absence of accompanying persons, in the event of printing errors, changes in public transport and as a result of epidemics, pandemics, disasters, riots and armed conflicts, to not carry outworkshops on the scheduled dates and to offer alternative dates.
BALM GmbH is obliged and entitled to use an adequate protection concept during workshops in the event of epidemics and pandemics.
Data protection
BALM GmbH may pass on address and contact details to the support-team without the prior consent of the participants.
BALM GmbH may only collect the address and contact details for statistical purposes and forward them to authorities and cooperation partners for contact tracing in the event of epidemics and pandemics.
BALM GmbH may only pass on the address and contact details to the participants in the same workshop with the prior consent of all participants.
With the consent of the participants, BALM GmbH may forward images created during the workshops to participants in the same workshop and use them for advertising purposes. BALM GmbH may make the sound material created during the workshop available to the workshop participants.
Course materials / copyright / copyright
The content and documents created by BALM GmbH are given to the participants physically and / or electronically. They are subject to Swiss copyright law. The duplication, processing, distribution and any kind of usage outside the limits of copyright law require the written consent of the respective author or creator. Copying of the documents is only permitted for private, non-commercial use. Quoting content from documents and the website is permitted provided the source is acknowledged.
Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for any disputes is at the company headquarters, resp. of the respective court.
By signing the written registration or sending the electronic registration, the participants accept the general terms and conditions.
